Welcome to Paasspay, operated by PPQR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U74950JH2022PTC018590), registered at 771A, 2nd Street, Hindpiri, Ranchi – 834001, Jharkhand, India. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and mobile application (collectively referred to as “Paasspay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Service

We, at Paasspay, operate as an online platform that connects users with independent service providers for various home repair, installation, legal, travel, and community services. We do not directly employ or control the service providers listed on our platform. Our role is to facilitate trusted connections, ensure your privacy and safety, and provide after-sales and issue-resolution support when required.

2. Eligibility to Use

By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a legal agreement under the laws of India. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or another entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while creating or managing your Paasspay account.
  • You will use our platform only for lawful purposes and refrain from any fraudulent or harmful activity.
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us in case of unauthorized access or misuse.

4. Our Role and Commitment

We act solely as a facilitator between users and service providers. We do not guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for the quality, timing, pricing, or legality of services delivered by third parties. However, we:

  • Verify partner credentials and ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Maintain user security and privacy at every step of service interaction.
  • Offer after-sales assistance, feedback handling, and dispute mediation if conflicts arise between users and providers.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments made through our platform are securely processed. You agree that service fees, cancellation policies, and refunds shall be governed by our internal policies and the terms set between you and the service provider. We may deduct applicable service charges or commissions as part of our platform operation.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we find any misuse, fraud, policy violation, or illegal activity. You may also close your account at any time. Termination of your account does not affect your obligations or liabilities incurred before such termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, trademarks, text, designs, software, and materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of PPQR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. We collect and process your personal data only to enable service facilitation and platform improvement. 9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform, the performance of a third-party provider, or delays beyond our control. 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPQR Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our platform, or violation of applicable laws.

11. Confidentiality

We and our users are mutually committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any personal, professional, or transactional information shared on our platform. Any unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or exploitation of data may result in account termination and potential legal action.

12. Force Majeure

Neither we nor you shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performance under these Terms if such delay or failure arises from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, or technical failures beyond our control. In such circumstances, affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible.

We may amend or update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available on our website and app. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
