PaassPay provides home repair, maintenance, and installation services to individuals and commercial institutions. We act as a platform connecting service providers and customers.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. User Obligations

  • PaassPay is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or legality of services provided by third-party service providers.
  • Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPQR Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

  • Upon termination, your rights to access the Service immediately cease.
