Paasspay Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paasspay Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users (“you” or “customer”) may cancel bookings or request refunds through the Paasspay platform. Paasspay is operated by PPQR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U74950JH2022PTC018590), registered at 771A, 2nd Street, Hindpiri, Ranchi – 834001, Jharkhand, India. This Policy applies to all users and service transactions carried out through our website or mobile application.

1. Our Role as a Facilitator

We, at Paasspay, operate solely as an online platform that connects customers with independent service professionals (“Providers”) for home repair, installation, legal, travel, and other community-based services. We do not directly provide these services, and we never demand or collect any advance payments from users on behalf of providers.

All financial transactions, if any, are handled transparently between users and service providers, in accordance with their mutual agreement.

2. No Advance Payment Policy

Paasspay does not request or accept any advance or upfront payment from customers before the service is rendered. Payments (if applicable) are made directly between the user and the assigned provider only after service confirmation or completion, as per the terms mutually agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by User

Customers may cancel their booking at any time before service confirmation or dispatch directly from their user dashboard on the Paasspay platform. The cancellation process is fully self-managed, without requiring approval from Paasspay or the service provider.

Once the service provider has accepted and commenced the assigned work, cancellation requests may be restricted, subject to the provider’s operational policies or incurred costs (if any).

4. Refund Policy

Since Paasspay does not collect or hold any user funds in advance, refunds are generally not applicable. However, in cases where payment has been processed through a third-party gateway due to system error or direct agreement between the user and provider, we may assist in facilitating a fair resolution or refund between both parties.

  • Refund requests must be reported within 7 working days of the incident.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the respective service provider or third-party payment processor, not directly by Paasspay.
  • We will only act as a mediator to ensure transparency and fairness between the customer and the provider.

5. Cancellation by Provider

In rare cases where a provider cancels or fails to fulfill an accepted booking, the user will be notified immediately, and our team will assist in reallocating a replacement provider or resolving the issue promptly. Paasspay shall not be held liable for service delays or provider unavailability.

6. Service Issues and Disputes

If a dispute arises between a customer and a provider regarding service quality, pricing, or timeliness, Paasspay will make reasonable efforts to mediate and reach a fair resolution. However, as a facilitator, we are not legally responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from third-party services.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in service or refund processing caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government orders, internet outages, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure Events”).

8. Modification of Policy

We may update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operational procedures or regulatory requirements. The updated version will be published on our website and mobile app, and continued use of our services shall imply acceptance of the revised policy.
