1. Free Cancellation
- You can cancel any booking at any time before the service begins without incurring any charges.
- There are no hidden fees, deductions, or penalties for cancellations.
- Any payment already made will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel a booking easily through:
- The PaassPay mobile app
- The PaassPay website (www.paasspay.com)
- Or by contacting our support team at paasspay@gmail.com
Once the cancellation request is received, you’ll get a confirmation message or email.
3. Refund Process
- If you made an advance payment, the full amount will be refunded.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method or bank.
4. Service Provider Cancellations
- If a service provider cancels the booking, you will be notified immediately and given the option to:
- Rebook with another provider, or
- Receive a full refund.
5. Exceptions
Our cancellation policy is flexible and customer-friendly; however, PaassPay reserves the right to refuse or limit cancellations in cases of repeated misuse or fraudulent activity.
