Paasspay Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to the use of the Paasspay platform, website, and mobile application (“Platform”) operated by PPQR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U74950JH2022PTC018590), registered at 771A, 2nd Street, Hindpiri, Ranchi – 834001, Jharkhand, India (“Paasspay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Platform, you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.

1. Platform as a Facilitator

Paasspay is an online facilitator platform that connects users with independent service providers for home repair, installation, travel, legal, and other professional services. We do not own, manage, employ, or control these service providers. All services are rendered independently by third-party professionals based on mutual agreement between the user and the provider.

2. No Advance Payment Policy

We strictly adhere to a “no advance payment” policy. Paasspay never demands, collects, or processes advance payments directly from users for any service. Users may pay service providers only after service completion or through secure approved channels where explicitly stated. Any unauthorized advance demand must be immediately reported to support@paasspay.com.

3. User Cancellations

Users may cancel their service orders anytime before commencement directly through their Paasspay order dashboard. Cancellations are processed instantly and do not require manual approval. If a provider has already initiated service, the cancellation will be subject to provider policy and applicable platform rules.

4. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

All service providers listed on Paasspay are independent contractors. While we verify their credentials and monitor quality standards, Paasspay makes no express or implied warranty or guarantee regarding:

  • The quality, safety, legality, or completion of any service;
  • The pricing or performance of any third-party provider;
  • The suitability or accuracy of any advice, content, or information shared by service providers.

Users are advised to verify details independently before engaging any provider through the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPQR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense (including incidental or consequential damages) arising from:

  • Service provider performance, negligence, or misconduct;
  • User’s misuse of the platform or breach of terms;
  • Any indirect, punitive, or unforeseeable damages, including loss of data, profits, or reputation.

Our total liability, in any case, shall be limited to the extent of service facilitation fees received by Paasspay, if any, for the concerned transaction.

6. No Guarantee or Endorsement

Paasspay does not endorse or guarantee any specific service provider, pricing, or outcome. All communications, transactions, and agreements between users and providers occur independently. We do not assume responsibility for any promises or representations made outside the platform’s verified framework.

7. Issue Resolution Assistance

We act as a neutral mediator to help users and providers resolve any disputes fairly and amicably. However, Paasspay’s role is limited to communication facilitation and documentation support. We do not adjudicate disputes or offer compensation unless required by applicable law.

8. Force Majeure

Paasspay shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, war, acts of government, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances (“Force Majeure Events”). During such events, obligations under this agreement shall be suspended without penalty until normal operations resume.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in relation to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
